Tailwind is a service where you can schedule your pins to pin ahead of time so you don’t have to be constantly worrying about getting your blog posts pinned.  You can set up your pins in advance, make it so they don’t post too close together, there are places where you can join groups with other blogs and share each other’s stuff.
