Do you keep a teacher planner?  My teacher planner from Erin Condren is so versatile that it can be used for so many different types of teachers!  I am obsessed.  This year’s cover that I selected is gorgeous!

Each year I choose a new cover that I love.  The covers are interchangeable so you can buy a few and rotate them but that isn’t something that I’ve ever done.

Teacher Planner – Weekly View

The weekly view is fantastic.  I use it to keep track of my rotating schedule.  I track what each of the teachers on my team is covering and I keep track of homework.  This way if I have a student who is absent I have the information handy needed to catch them up.

Teacher Planner – Monthly View

The monthly view of my teacher planner I use to keep track of dates.  When IEPs are due when meetings are due.  I keep track of team events such as tests, quizzes, field trips, or assemblies.  I also use it to keep track of my after school activity meetings.

Checklist Pages

The checklist pages are so versatile, colorful and cute!  I use them to keep track of my students grades across their 5 classes.  You could use them for grading, to keep track of things that have or have not been collected.  There are so many options!  Also, you can choose to pay a little bit extra to have additional checklist pages added to your planner.  I did this one year, but I didn’t end up using them all so I just use the standard amount.

Communication Log:

The communication log comes with two pages.  This is great for keeping track of any conversations that you have with parents.  It is a colorful and adorable way to keep track of all of your parent communication.

Grid Pages

I also love these grid pages, I use them to plan my seating charts, plan out groupings, or other lists that I may need to make.  They are super versatile!

Stickers!

And of course, some sticker pages!!! My favorite part.

Also Included:

  • Note pages – These are great for jotting down notes during staff meetings or common planning times.  There are lined pages after each monthly view page.
  • Sheet Protector – The planner comes with one sheet protector, but you can choose to add more.  These are great for keeping a copy of your school calendar or your schedule.  Anything that you want to keep handy and not get ruined!
  • Personal Info Pages – These pages are great for putting down information that may be necessary if your planner is lost.  But, also for information that would be useful when you have a substitute teacher.
  • Mini Months – Also included is a yearly view which is always useful when you’re trying to plan out something later in the school year.

I am sure there are a ton of things I’m missing!  Have you ever used the Erin Condren teacher planner?  What is your favorite part?  Leave it in the comments!
